1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the ftn11 platform in any capacity, you expressly and implicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and all additional guidelines published by ftn11 from time to time.

2 Member Eligibility

• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person or third-party entity.
• You are playing with your own legally obtained funds, not borrowed money or funds acquired through unlawful means.
• You have never been declared bankrupt or are currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings at the time of registration.
• Use of the online gaming platform is permitted by law in the region or state where you reside.
• You have never had an account closed by ftn11 due to a prior breach of terms.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) active account at ftn11. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The name registered must match the name on your official identification document, as identity verification is required for the withdrawal process.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ftn11 account username and password.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

Ftn11 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. 4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Ftn11 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Requirements:

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits using third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposited funds are credited to your ftn11 account instantly upon confirmation of the transaction.
• Ftn11 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by ftn11 management.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for eWallet and FPX methods, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers.

• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraud or illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Ftn11 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and exclusive VIP offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotional offer.

• Bonuses are eligible to be claimed once per individual, household, IP address, device, or bank account number, unless otherwise stated.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the ftn11 platform — including slots, table games, live casino, and sports betting — are subject to the individual game rules set by the respective game providers as well as ftn11's general guidelines.

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed within the game interface.
• All game outcomes are determined by a certified, independently audited random number generator (RNG). No party, including ftn11, can manipulate game results.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, ftn11 will make its decision based on stored server logs. ftn11's decision in such matters is final.
• Any winnings resulting from a software bug or system error are considered void and will not be paid out.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Money Laundering: Using the ftn11 platform as a channel for money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account to claim bonuses multiple times or to evade a ban.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of the bonus system with the intent to gain risk-free profits.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another individual to use your account, or using someone else's account.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to cheat in games involving multiple players.
• Threats & Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language towards ftn11 staff or other players.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Ftn11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory or legal authorities.
• Players who choose to close their own accounts for responsible gaming reasons are personally accountable for that decision.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, ftn11 reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and winnings associated with the violating activity. Any legitimate balance (original deposit funds unrelated to fraudulent activity) will be returned after the investigation is complete, subject to applicable legal requirements.

9 Liability Limits
